How you decorate your home to live in and how you sell it are very different. The decorating choices you make for your home may suit your taste and lifestyle, but they may not suit those of potential buyers and may not show off your home’s best attributes.

Not all staging is equal and although other real estate professionals may also offer complimentary staging services most realtors® are not professionally trained to do so or only offer a complimentary consultation, leaving their clients to either do all the work or pay for it.  Because I am a Certified Staging Professional™ and owner of The Home Staging Studio™, I have the inventory, resources and know how to give your home the refined and elegant feeling that creates a strong emotional connection for buyers.  

Instead of scattering sparse pieces of furniture and artwork of questionable taste, I only use the best accessories to suit any style of home. The inventory I use is extensive and includes Barcelona chairs, sleek consoles, artwork, mirrors, florals, lifestyle accessories, bedding, and everything else in between.
